Clozy — AI Wardrobe Manager · Effective April 1, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Clozy mobile application ("App") developed by Yonatan Rigbi ("we", "us", "our"). By using Clozy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App

Clozy is a personal wardrobe management application that helps you organize clothing, plan outfits, get AI-powered styling suggestions, and optionally share or trade items with other users. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Account

To use Clozy, you must sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Clozy, including clothing photos, outfit compositions, comments, and messages.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content within the App as needed to provide our services. This includes sending photos to our AI analysis services for clothing recognition and background removal.

You may delete your content at any time. When you delete an item or your account, all associated content is permanently removed from our systems.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, obscene, or harmful content
Harass, bully, or threaten other users
Post spam, advertisements, or fraudulent listings
Impersonate other people or misrepresent your identity
Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
Use the App to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Abuse AI features (automated scraping, excessive API calls, or attempts to extract the underlying models)
Use the marketplace features for counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion.

5. AI Features

Clozy uses artificial intelligence to analyze clothing items, suggest outfits, and provide styling recommendations. These features are provided as suggestions only:

AI-generated descriptions, categories, and outfit recommendations may be inaccurate
Weather-based suggestions are based on forecast data and may not reflect actual conditions
You should use your own judgment when making clothing or purchase decisions

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

6. Marketplace

Clozy provides a platform for users to list items for rent, sale, or borrowing. Clozy is a platform only and is not a party to any transaction between users.

All transactions (payment, delivery, returns) are arranged directly between users
We do not verify the condition, authenticity, or legality of listed items
We do not process payments or hold funds
Disputes between users must be resolved between the parties involved

Use the marketplace at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from transactions between users.

7. Social Features

Clozy includes social features such as following users, liking and commenting on outfits, and requesting wardrobe access. Public outfits can be viewed by any user. Private profiles require follow approval. You can report inappropriate content through the in-app reporting system.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Intellectual Property

The Clozy application, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is the intellectual property of Yonatan Rigbi. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
AI-generated content will be accurate or reliable
The App will meet your specific requirements
Data stored in the App will never be lost (we recommend keeping copies of important photos)

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Clozy after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
